For beginners, intermediate, advanced and business classes.

4-week Beginner Chinese Course

No language experience necessary. Learn speaking and extremely basic reading. Ideal for a business trip or holiday to China.

4-week course. One 1-hour lesson per week. No minimum number of students required for course to go ahead. 10 students maximum.

Fridays 16:00-17:00 London time. | Course begins at the start of each calendar month. Enquire for other lesson slots and timings.

£120 per course.

• Week 1

  • Language: Order food in a restaurant.

  • Culture: Table manners.

• Week 2

  • Language: Ask someone where they're from.

  • Culture: Conversational politeness.

• Week 3:

  • Language: Introduce yourself, friends and family.

  • Culture: What you should or shouldn't ask someone.

• Week 4:

  • Language: Buy something in a shop. Numbers.

  • Culture: Politeness in the shop.

90-minute Chinese Crash Course

No language experience necessary. Learn speaking and extremely basic reading. You do not need to be a "language person" - in fact, I would rather that you aren't!

1. Arrange a mutually convenient 90-minute slot.

2. Leave class knowing how to conduct yourself in China.

3. I will send you an A4 pdf summarising everything we've learned. You can keep this with you for reference.
